United KingdomGoing to take a bit of getting used to!
Took a while to put up the first time and seemed huge even though it was one of the smaller ones! Hope it will get better with practice. Fantastic appearance and the quality is superb. So many thoughtful details. The reason for the lower stars is the difficulty of putting it away in the bag. Have had three attempts so far - not even close. Think this will be a big stress factor when we're away and trying to pack up by checkout time. Phoned to ask for help/training and was shocked when, having spent hundreds of pounds on this, was flatly refused. Has left a bad taste as had wanted to support local business. Will work on the packing and hopefully will find the knack.
